                store, or share your personal data. All your meditation history, preferences, and session data remain
                exclusively on your device.
            

1. Data Collection

Ambiera does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). This means:

No account registration is required to use the app.
We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
We do not track your location or device identifiers.
We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools.

2. On-Device Storage

All data generated within the app—including your favorite journeys, sound settings, and HomeKit configurations—is stored locally on your device. We have no access to this data.

3. iCloud Synchronization (Optional)

If you choose to enable iCloud, your preferences and bookmarks may sync between your own Apple devices. This synchronization is handled securely by Apple's iCloud service. We never have access to the data stored in your iCloud account.

4. HomeKit Integration

Ambiera requests access to HomeKit solely to provide the feature of syncing your room's lighting with your meditation sessions. This data is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

5. Service Security

Since Ambiera has no backend servers, your data is as secure as your iPhone or iPad. We cannot suffer a data breach of your personal information because we don't hold any of it.
